Folks, I’m feeling terribly charitable again right now and just have to give away a pair of tickets to Broken Lizard this Friday at The Troc! Just take these tickets off my hands already!

Broken Lizard originally broke out with the (in my opinion) classic comedy movie 2001’s Supertroopers and hasn’t quite been able to capture the magic with their follow-ups Club Dread and Beerfest. The hope is that their new film, Slammin’ Salmon, which comes out next month, will be a return to form.

Since late August the five-man sketch group have been out on the road promoting the film with their live show. The show promises to be a night of stand-up from some members of the troupe, short films, sketches, “audience participation” and even a Q&A. Plus, they’ll have a sneak preview of the new film. Perhaps it’s this one that I have below?
